Cancellation policy
Cancelling a booking entitles you to a refund subject to certain conditions
1. Stays excluding weekends, school holidays and public holidays
100% refund up to 3 days before arrival (D-3)
50% refund up to 1 day before arrival (D-1)
2. Stays at weekends (Friday or Saturday), during school holidays or on public holidays / long weekends
100% refund up to 7 days before arrival (D-7)
50% refund up to 3 days before arrival (D-3)
3. Stays in July and August or stays of more than 3 nights
100% refund up to 15 days before arrival (D-15)
50% refund up to 7 days before arrival (D-7)
25% refund up to 3 days before arrival (D-3)
After these deadlines, the cost of the stay is non-refundable.
