General Terms and Conditions
La Tiny du Rocher – Saignon
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Booking govern the procedures for booking and staying at the holiday accommodation La Tiny du Rocher, located in Saignon (84400), France.
Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Booking
The booking becomes effective after:
confirmation of the booking via the booking engine
payment of the required deposit
A confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer summarising the details of the stay.
3. Rates
Rates are quoted in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes.
They include:
accommodation hire
utilities (water, heating, electricity)
standard equipment (bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, toilet paper, etc.)
Unless otherwise stated, the following are not included:
the tourist tax collected on behalf of the local council
optional services
4. Payment
The stay must be paid for in full and will be subject to a refund in the event of cancellation in accordance with the conditions set out in paragraph 6. A cancellation on our part will result in a full refund without conditions.
5. Security deposit
A security deposit may be requested prior to arrival or upon entry to the premises.
It is intended to cover:
damage
loss of equipment
failure to comply with the house rules
additional cleaning costs
The deposit will be returned within a maximum of 7 days after departure, less any justified costs.
6. Cancellation terms
Cancellation of a booking may result in a refund (*) subject to the following conditions:
1. Stays excluding weekends, school holidays and public holidays
100% refund up to 3 days before arrival (D-3)
50% refund up to 1 day before arrival (D-1)
2. Weekend stays (Friday or Saturday), during school holidays or on public holidays / long weekends
100% refund up to 7 days before arrival (D-7)
50% refund up to 3 days before arrival (D-3)
3. Stays in July and August or stays of more than 3 nights
100% refund up to 15 days before arrival (D-15)
50% refund up to 7 days before arrival (D-7)
25% refund up to 3 days before arrival (D-3)
Beyond these deadlines, the cost of the stay is non-refundable.
(*) Excluding a €3 bank processing fee
All cancellation requests must be made in writing (by email).
In the event of exceptional cancellation by the owner (force majeure, inability to accommodate guests), all sums paid will be refunded in full. No additional compensation may be claimed.
7. Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm
Check-out: before 12.00 pm

8. Capacity
La Tiny du Rocher is designed for the number of people specified at the time of booking, with a maximum capacity of 4 people.
Any additional unregistered guests may result in the cancellation of the booking or an additional charge.
9. Access to the spa
ACCESS AND USE:
Access to the spa is reserved exclusively for guests of La Tiny
Children under the age of 16 may only access the spa under the supervision and responsibility of their parents.
Booking required.
The spa is opened by the establishment only.
Any attempt at unauthorised use will be charged.
HYGIENE AND SAFETY:
Showering is required before entering the spa.
Dip your feet in the footbath before entering.
To maintain water quality, no body lotions are permitted.
Appropriate swimwear must be worn.
No smoking, drinking or eating in the spa.
BEHAVIOUR:
Respect for peace and quiet is essential.
The spa area is dedicated to relaxation and well-being; any inappropriate behaviour or conduct contrary to decency is prohibited.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion.
LIABILITY:
Parents are responsible for the safety of their children.
In the event of damage to the facilities, users will be required to cover the repair costs.
In the event of early draining due to unsuitable water, a flat fee of €250 will be charged.
10. House Rules
To preserve the peace and quiet of the premises:
smoking is not permitted inside the property
parties and events are not permitted
occupants undertake to respect the neighbourhood and the environment
the property and its terrace are accessible only to those who have made the booking
pets are not allowed upstairs, their waste must be picked up, and they are not allowed to be left alone in the property. Any damage caused by a pet will be charged to the tenant.
No paper other than the toilet paper provided must be flushed down the toilet
The relaxation net is for relaxation; it is not a trampoline.
11. Liability
The owner shall not be held liable in the event of:
loss, theft or damage to personal belongings
disruption to services beyond their control (internet, electricity, weather, etc.)
12. Personal data
The information collected at the time of booking is used solely for the management of the stay and is not passed on to third parties.
13. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
In the absence of an agreement, the dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
